Following our Annual Conference on April 8, we are offering a special opportunity to directly engage with key legislators and decision-makers on issues that matter most to small and rural school districts and charter schools.
Join us in Sacramento for an afternoon of advocacy, connection, and impact.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM – Lunch & Orientation (Sheraton Grand Hotel - Falor Room)
Led by Capitol Advisors

1:30 PM – 3:30 PM – Legislative Meetings (The State Capitol)
You’ll meet in small teams (3–4 people) with key influencers including:

Legislative Analyst’s Office

Department of Finance

Asm. Heath Hadwick, Asm. Kevin Hoover, Speaker Rivas and/or their key staff members

Staff of Sen. Ochoa and Sen. Laird

And other key legislators and their staff
